For years engineers have been trying to incorporate the hook n’ loop means of attachment to a roller and band assembly. The problem….you can’t slide a piece of hook material across a looped material….it grabs immediately, preventing the roller from being inserted into the band. Now finally, the engineers at Propel-Loc Inc. have perfected this attachment with the introduction of the “Quick Release Surfacing System”.

are supplied in 50 and 100 pieces per box. A/O, Ceramic and Trizact are availble in all popular grades.
Propel-Loc™ patented loop lined abrasive band without catching on initial contact. As the roller and band assembly are rotated and put into use, the loc nodes of the roller bite into the looped fabric, binding the roller and band tightly together. While  in use the band will not move in  any direction, it won’t twist or creep up or down. The more drag created by sanding, the tighter the lock. And, when in use, air flows through the rollers air vents keeping the bands cool and therefore adding life to the abrasive. Replacing the band is easy, just twist in the drive direction while pulling up and the loc nodes release from the looped fabric, allowing you to remove the band quickly and easily. Insert another band and you’re ready to go again.
Hobbyists, Jewelry Makers, Artists, Machinists, Woodworkers, and Model Makers no longer need to fumble around for change tools ever again just to change out an abrasive band. Lock the Propel-Loc™ Roller securely into any rotary tool and your ready for action!
